I booked my flight online, but noticed that I made a mistake with the name, after the payment went through.
After mailing for about four days, the customer service department phoned me (as I am unable to phone outside of China), they then informed me that they will issue the refund within 24 hours (9th of september).
Days passed, and still nothing was received. Upon mailing them, they then advised me to wait a few business days (which I did) then I should call customer service (still not being able to phone outside of China)

Then after explaining the whole story again, as the name at the bottom of the replies kept changing, they then informed me that it has been issued.
The 24 hours has now turned into 2 weeks! Still no solution, nor payment of any kind.
I am unable to book my hotel, because the cost of the second flight ticket maxed out the card.
The prices of the hotel has now incresed so mush that it is almost the same price as the first plain ticket.

They are simply just passing the buck.
