EZ Rent a Car Frustration

Rented a car at Denver Airport. Agency VERY busy when we went to pick car up. Seemed like they just checked it in and then sent it right out to us. Car not washed. Did routine "walk-around" noticed no damage to body of car. (There wasn't even anyone there to give the slip to - had to return to office to hand it in.) On return, examiner noticed "missing fog light." No damage to bumper, just an empty hole about the size of the opening of a coffee cup on the very lower curve of front bumper (would have had to stoop way down to see it.) We had no accidents during our trip, there was no damage to the bumper. Just got a bill for $1,000! Needless to say - we won't be renting from EZ Rent a Car again. Be careful!!!
