Fee for overweight

Dear Sir. Madam,

This complaint refers to the reservation number: DXV7NW.
After arriving to Newark airport at 2 of August, we stayed at New York for 1 week.
On 9 August we took flight number UA1439 to Los Angeles.
On that flight one of our siutcases was over weighted, and we were asked to pay 200$.
As we found in your web site and as we were told by your officer, the fee for overweight is 100$ per siutcase and not 200$.
We stayed at the west cost for one week, and took a flight from Las Vegas to New York at 17 of August, and stayed there till our flight back to Israel at 21 of August.
We ask for the return of 100$ that were paied more then necesarry according to your regulations.
