Allegiante Air Excessive Bag Fee on Return Flight

Unning late for a 6:10am return-home Flight from Orlando to Owensboro, KY I get to the Ticket counter and the Agent RUDELY says, this bag is overweight by 5 lbs. My reponse was that the bag was NOT overweight for the Flight FROM Owensboro to Orlando, and it has LESS in it on this return Flight!!! Again rudeness from the Agent, "Well, it's overweight Now!!!"... I was told the 5lbs overweight bag would cost me FIFTY DOLLARS... And that I could put it on my CC on-file I had no choice, as I was running late anyway...
FIFTY DOLLARS for a bag that was "Supposedly" 5 lbs overweight!!!
BTW, the Flight was 1/2 boarded... Then stopped for a Maintenance issue... Then finished boarding... The maintenance issue continued for about 20 minutes, then the plane had the be DE-Boarded, as the plane was not OK for service... Anohter plane was brought in to the Gate nextdoor... THAT plane was boarded... We waited onboard for fueling and Food... Finally got to Owensboro 2 hrs LATE!!!
Horrible, Horrible experience... My complaint to Allegiante has not been responded to!!!
