Discrimination against old people at LaGuardia Airport

My name is Ruben Arias, a frequent flier an a Delta customer for more than ten years, beside an American Express skymiles credit car holder.

We're been traveling every years at least twice from Des Moines to N.Y. Or another destination because we trust in Delta customer care.

Today we're very upset with your agent Aaron Martinez. We are an older couple (more than 60 years old and) always being using the same kind of bag because we don't check any bag, just carry on.
Mr. Martinez without a reason just decide to check our bag. There were several other passengers with the same type of bag that walk into the aircraft and even though the luggage compartments were almost empty.

We really need to carry on the luggage, because there was some medication inside it that should be used at the Detroit Airport, because we were connecting a flight to Des Moines, IA. At the end of the day when we arrived to Des Moines, I have to take my wife to the Hospital with a hight blood pressure

Mr Martinez was very unpolite and disrespetfull. He believe we can not handle this situation in English correctly (we look as asian) and decided to take it on us.

I believe Delta owe us some satisfaction.
