Filthy dirty, manager is a liar, rip-off!

I made reservations at this hotel. The parking lot was full of trash. We had to navigate our suitcases around the trash. After waiting 20 minutes for the elevator in a filthy parking lot I had to run up the stairs to the manager who then had to go floor to floor to find out where the elevator was stuck at. We finally get to our room (which has a sticky doorknob), the mattress has a sheet but no pad underneath.

The bathroom looks dirty with hair on the floor. The room is old and smelly. I ask the manager if we can check out and not be charged due to the undesirable conditions, he says "yes" and then proceeds to charge me. He later lies to his supervisor that he did not say this. I would avoid this hotel at all costs!
