Ripoff of unauthorized account

I received a phone call from this company which was allready in the process of sending me information in the mail. I did not want it but they told me that I would have to call an 888 number to stop it from coming out of my account.

That call was on the 23th of November. On the 4th of December, I received a letter in the mail saying that my free trial had ended on the 3rd and that my account would be debited $149 on that day. I had to wait 2 days til Monday morning to contact my bank but luckily it had not went through yet.

When I thought that my account would be o.K., I received a notice from my bank on the 11th saying that I had overdrawn my account due to the $149 that ended up going through. Luckily, I did not have the money in my account so it got returned.

That was Saturday and come Monday when I went to the bank, that company had tried to debit $59.99 from my account. Good thing I have a good bank and they have tried to help me out the best they can.
