Went on a holiday of a lifetime to Australia booking my first apartment through Otel.com. The price was a least £100 cheap than other websites and it was during Australian Open Tennis. I was so worried after reading reviews on the web I started looking for other accommodation but by that time all full (luckily). We had a great time and had absolutely NO problems all was as it says on the tin
