I just had the worst experience dealing with 5, yes 5 customer service reps at Expedia. I was hung up on, or disconnected 2 times, I was on the phone for over 2 hours, I was told in the end by them that "its a free market, if your not happy go elsewhere". I called them each time to try and rectify a discrepancy on their part, no one ever said "sorry" or " what can we do to make you happy", or even "we were wrong". All of the reps I spoke with seemed to be coming from a call center far away, because they could barely understand English or spell. It took two hours away from my children and family and I am so mad!!! It was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had! AT one point I said " your the cust serv rep what were you taught to do?", that was the moment the ph went dead! Watch out for them, its a mess!!! I am soooo mad!

I was trying to match a price I found by another travel site that was 70$ dollars less for the exact same thing on their site, and instead i was put on hold for almost 40 minutes and they just kept telling me they were checking, and still searching... It took me 5 minutes to compare??? It all went downhill from there.
