Expedia dot crap 5 total hours ON HOLD to get refund!

Horrible! 2 hours and 20 minutes on the phone for my refund. Did I mention it took 3 other calls lasting 30-45 minutes each BEFORE I had to wait 2 hours and 20 minutes... That is 5 hours of my time to get an issue resolved! They have lost my business. I will no longer book through Expedia dot crap. Never.
