BOA complicit with fraudulent tanning company - www.spraytan LA

Bank of America needs to change its policy where a wronged person must provide all evidence while the perpetrator does not to show evidence. We bought a kit from spraytan LA in October 2912. There was a verbal phone agreement for an item for sale on craig's list. If the sale was agreed to on the spot the item would cost $1000. Less. There was no email sent to buyer confirming the sale. There was no packing papers in box with contract.
14 days were usual return time, but package did not arrive in 14 days. When credit card
charges arrived, spraytan LA had over charged by $2900. They have been abusive,
threatening with jail. They have manufactured a belated invoice which proves nothing.
Bank of America says they can't do anything. Please look at www.ripoff.com for Rob Lonardo and same name on Angie's list. Spraytan LA is a scam run by an unethical
person. Read at least 11 bad reports. Bank of America is aiding and abetting a fraud.
Bank of America takes no interest in investigating spraytanLA. That is to the shame of Bank of America. We will boycott BOA until they change policy.
