First of all, false advertising for the condition and ameneties of the hotel. It was an absolute dive. It was filthy, with beer bottles and cigarette butts scattered just outside our back door to the courtyard, no in room coffee maker, hair dryer, they do not have coffee and continental breakfast at 6am and we had a 2 week old news paper between the sheets of our bed, obviously they do not clean the sheets. Second we paid $155 when we booked thru orbitz and when we got there the desk clerk did not realize that and double charged us. She however charged us only $117 which is what we would of paid just walking in, so using your site for the "great deal " actually cost us nearly $40 more! I will not be booking thru orbitz again and I will encourage friends and family to look elsewhere as well.
