What the hell is going on with having a bus full of people at Greyhound branch and NOT being able to accept other passengers who purchase a ticket days in advance, then having to wait for another bus for 2 hours. Who does the logistics for this company!!!??? This is in the San Diego, Ca. Location. Customers who plan on traveling, if you decide to use the Greyhound bus, you will not be a happy camper. Never again!!!
