As a result of our exsperience with sprit airlines im not happy im very angry i flew to vegas on march 14th and was to return on march 19th when my flight was scheduled i got to the airlines check in and they couldnt find our names we were 4 hours early at that point they had said we had missed our flight but i told them it not possible i was scheduled to returnhome on the 20th of march at 530 am she said our flight was at 12 midnite the nite before and i replied no i talked to 3 ppl on the airline and i was told the oppisite that i would return home on the 20th of march so i continually argued with the lady at the check in for a half hour and she told me i was abbsoulutly wrong so i walked away and then i walked back about 10 minutes later i was told by her that i needed to pay an extra 500 dollers for our 4 passengers to be put on stand by to get on the plane that was due to leave vegas at 1235 am then she made me more angry i had already paid for our round trip tickets i shouldnt have to pay another 500.00 to go home and that was not guareenting us to even get on the plane she had said you can wait till saturday and get on that flight i responded abbsoulty not i have a job at home and my hotel was already taking and i wasnt going to pay another 400.00 to stay at hotel you guys charged me to much money as it is plus my bags. I will never fly sprit again i will pay the money to fly another airline there is way to much fees on here and i lost out on 500.00 that i shouldnt of had to pay i want my money rembersed back to me i am reporting this to my attorney and better buisness burrow its not what i wanted but what has to be done is going to be done i fly 3 times a year and will never fly with them again
