I just call greyhound station at Fargo ND at 701-293-1222, Bob answer the phone I explain I would like to verify what time the next bus will be leaving out because My son left St. Louis to go to Jamestown ND on 3/16 suppose to arrive in Jamestown on 3/17 at 2:30am. He been sitting at Fargo ND sent 3/17 at 11:30pm which today is 3/19. Due to weather. Bob was very rude, No customer service skills, mean. He told me "look we are having bad weather here and I don’t know your son". I understand you don’t know my son. I'm asking if their going to be any buses leaving out today to go to Jamestown. Then when I ask for another lead or supervisor he told me "NO". I stay nice and told him you are been mean and rude that not the correct way to talk to anybody who just want information on when the next bus leaving. Bob reponse was " If you feel like I'm been rude why are you still talking to me then". He hung up the phone on me. OMG!!! He hung up.
