This was my first experience with one travel.com. Being able to purchase my ticket, carry my luggage on with me, picking my own seat, and checking in and receiving my boarding pass in advance was awesome. This service was very convenience for a person like myself that hates long lines and hassels. My only concern were with the lack of customer service provided by the staff. I think they need training in Customer Service Skills.
