Cant believe a company could treat their customers like this - grayhound

I find it hard to believe that a company would sell a ticket with a 4 hour layover at a station that isn't even open. Bussed into Fort Wayne Indiana at 3:23am to find the terminal is closed till 7:15 am. At arrival the driver was kind enough to tell me that 2 blocks away there is a gas station that stays open 24/7. At 7:00am the terminal employee rudely told me they didn't open till 7:15am. Crap like I couldn't read it on the door! Once inside the place is a horrible mess, the men's room is filthy and smells like urine. Silver fish scattered when I opened the door. I don't mind the layover but when purchasing a non refundable ticket the least they could do is inform their customers that the terminal was going to be closed.
