On Saturday my husband, our employee and myself flew first class from Houston leaving at 130pm to Tampa, Florida. The male flight attendant was very unfriendly, but did provide our food and drinks. Nearing the end of the flight I asked him his name. He replied Derek, why is there a problem. Quite interesting because maybe I wanted to give a positive feedback about him. It was obvious he knew all 3 of us were quite unhappy about how he treated us. He then became quite defensive stating I served you multiple times. I agreed, but told him it was his total lack of eye contact, smile and attitude. He then laughed with a smirk and waked away. He then sent the then sent the other attendants to take care of us. Derek's behavior was totally unacceptable. If an employee of mine had behaved this way to my customers, he would be suspended or fired. We fly United first class frequently. I hope someone responds to this complaint. Our employee without me telling her commented on his poor behavior and complaint about how many people he had to take care of.
