Worst customer service EVER!

I tried to change just the return flight to my trip. I spoke to 3 people who i couldnt understand before I reached one that could actually help me. They then took 1 hour to determine the cost to change this flight, when a simple search on expedia clearly states the cost. Well somehow the cost of the flight stated on their site and what I was told by their representative differed greatly. This experience has taught me that its easier and cheaper to actually book a new flight instread of trying to chage something currently booked. This will be my last time using this site...
