There is a guy asking ppl to sign his petition because he says transfer stations are closed and he was almost frozen to death - now I see that allot of complaints - but not because of that I wonder if there is another petition ppl are really signing and this is a "front " for it - so be careful on those petition signing things - make sure your wishes are being heard and you are not fooled
