My experience was great until I got to Brussels. My handluggage was taken away from me and I did not receive it until after seven day. When I got it my entire items was stolen.
What I want the airlines to layout every worker that was on duty that time and it will teach others how serious the airlines. My luggage was sent to Abidjan and there is where my things got missing.
