Traveling & Tourism

Febuary 2011 recieved a fax at work, for travel to hawaii, when i called the travel company to book they said no problem, so i ordered two, when i called back to book dates they would not help me, very rude, spoke to someone by the name of josh, at the beginning before puchasing them, i told them that i wanted to use them back to back, stay 10 days, they did a bate and switch tactic and lied, would not book my vacation and accused me of being fraudulent, tried getting my money back, going as far as disputing it with my credit card company, i ended up getting stuck with the 498.00 charge, and no vacation, today i open my credit card statement, 1/1, they fraudulently, charge me for another 498.00 as well as put the same charge on my husbands credit card. This company has to be stopped. Credit card company is closed today it is a holiday, so i will try to disput the new charges tommorrow but they owe me 498.00 for two years ago, and i will have to try to get the new charges off. Please help
