I got a fax at work for a trip to mexico. Signed up and they took $498.00 on my credit card stating someone will be calling to set up travel arrangement. Never heard from anyone. Called several times

I got a fax at work for an all inclusive package to mexico for $199 each. I signed up and they took $498 from my credit card. Someone from a sister company was to call me and set up airfare. Never got a call.

Called several times to contact them and they took my phone number stating some will call be back. No one ever did.

Last time i called they stated call back in 1/2 an hour to talk to "mr. Josh" the manager. Called back and remarkably he wasn't there again.

Very upset with this company and want my money back!!! For services not rendered!
