Fraud, misrepresentation, broken promises Arlington

Went to seminar in Norwalk CT to claim a free vacation. Obliged to sign papers but was told could cancel in 72 hours. Next day I cancelled. Regardless, Horizon Travel submitted to my credit card company a charge of $4,286.50. Part of "deal" was they'd purchase already-owned timeshare for $3,000 and put this amount on my credit card as a "credit". Never happened.

I live in New York, went to seminar in Connecticut, my credit card statement shows Horizon Travel works out of Arlington, Texas, and papers I was given indicate Waukesha Wisconsin and Tempe Arizona. Defrauded out of $4,286.50 plus around $65 monthly in charge card interest.

Oh, when this "deal" was cancelled I was told "not to worry. It's taken care of". They lied... Watch out for Horizon Travel, Travel Club International, T.C.I., Timeshare Sales, Inc. They are one and the same.

Remember Don't let them get away with it! Make sure they make the consumer complaints. The more Reports filed on a Company or individual, the more likely it is that the authorities, media and attorneys will want to take action.
