Amercian Property Acquisitons, or APA Vacations contacted me and said they had a signed purchase agreement for my timeshare unit. They sent me the contract and said if I paid $1,850 they would complete the sale and I would get the proceeds of the sale, have money from a previous ripoff returned and my deposit would be refunded. I sent them the money by wire and was promised my closing documents were coming by FedEx. No paperwork has ever arrived and I am receiving no responses to numerous calls and emails. I tried to pull back my wire but they refused. Another travel ripoff. Stay away for APA!
