Ripoff obtaining Credit Card Payments with false information

I was contacted a week and a half ago about a timeshare we had listed on another site. The person on the phone (Jason Holbrook) told me he was calling from "Blueridge Village" the resort where we own the timeshare. He stated he head someone there on vacation that wanted to buy our timeshare for $9,500.00 getting the unit week and the additional points we had purchased. He stated we needed to pay &850 that day so they (WW Timeshare) could make the sale. He stated we would have the a contract sent by FedEx, which NEVER arrived.

My wife had tried several times to talk to Mr. Holbrook, but never had her calls returned. She the spoke with a Mr. Jarod Rutledge, who told her he would send the sale contract that evening. It has never arrived. On 11-16, she spoke with Paul Sigfuson, who told her he would fax her the contact for the sale that evening, it never arrived. She also soke with Paul on 11-17, he said he had forgot to send it, and would do that immediately, all he faxed was an agreement to authorize WW Timeshare to post our timeshare for the amount of $850, which they had already billed my MC for.

When I called Mr Sigfuson questioning where the Sales contact was, he said they "Had buyers" looking at the property. I told him I did not want WW Timeshare to list this property, and wanted my credit card refunded for the $850, he said, you can call customer service, which is always a recording. He said you gave us consent over the phone to charge you credit card, and the faxed contract states you have 7 days after signing the contact, (which was never signe) to back out.
