Website makes you believe you can select airline seats. Then, after they take your money, they put a note on your confirmation that your seats are not assigned. When you call to complain, they tell you they cannot assign seats; that you have to wait for check-in day. When you ask why their website makes you believe you are choosing specific seats, they have no answer! HUGE amount of frustrating time spent with airlines to correct Orbitz deception! Don't use orbitz!
