On october 28 i entered into an agreement of sale to purchase a property for $25,000. Thus far i have paid sellers $17,000 in addition to making several thousand dollars in repairs on property.
One of the seller's showed me a deed to the property during showing of the property, stating that he owned property "clear and free".
In September i submitted information to title co. For a settlement. However the title co. Has found over $70,000 worth of leins against property!
