Jim's Barb-ie Q Shack

I have eaten at Jim's Barb-ie Q Shack many times, but this evening was the first time I have tried the BBQ Prime rib sandwich. This one is my new favorite! The appearance was mouth-watering and the first bite proved that it was a great choice. The meat was tender and nicely flavored from the BBQ pit. Jim offered fried onions on the sandwich and they only added to the goodness. It will be hard to think of ordering anything else on future visits after enjoying the prime rib.
