The "owners daughter" was very rude. When I ordered mini corn dogs off their menu, she said "what?!! I dont know what you're talking about".

They've had this option on the kids menu for over 10 years, but she kept telling me I was making it up. So I ordered something else (without onions). When I got home, it HAD onions on it. After my daughter spent 15 mins pulling the onions off her sandwich and then didn't like it, I called and told them they had gotten the order wrong. The same grouchy woman got on the phone and just kept repeating what I told her... Verbatum. I said "The sandwich I ordered had onions on it and I asked for no onions" She said "what?" So I repeated it. She repeated it again "your sandwich had onions on it?" I said "yes, it had onions and i ordered no onion" She said "it had onions and you ordered NO onions?" This went back and forth several times and finally I said "can you rememedy this?" She said "rememdy this?" with a tone. I said "yes, this happens often, and this time I want it fixed right." Finally she said that we had to bring the sandwich back to the restaurant. Thats a 20 minute drive! I told her I didnt want to go all the way back to her store, and she said, "You dont? Well you must be lying then". They messed up the order, why should I have to suffer for it?

We've gone to this restaurant/drive thru often and they seem to get our order wrong on average of 8 times out of 10. I've never once called them to complain in the past... This was my first.

I'm so apalled by her horrid attitude, that I'm never going back there again. I've often taken my crew there for lunch too. Never again though.
