Resort Booking Cancelled After Hotel Change by Ezystays

We purchased a voucher for a seven night stay at Baan Yuree resort in Phuket c/o Ezystays through Groupon. Everything was confirmed until an e-mail was sent to us from Ezystays advising us of the change of hotel. Apparently Baan Yuree double-booked and will not confirm our booking. We've got all the e-mails and hotel vouchers to prove otherwise. We've tried to get in touch with both Ezystays and Baan Yuree about this matter but to no avail.
