Stopped service before upgrade

I named Direct TV to upgrade my devices and was informed they could be on Monday to update. I expected them point-blank if my support could be interrupted at-all plus they said no. Nowadays, Sunday - 12 hours before they'll be visiting deploy the brand new devices... WITH THE activities that I PURCHASE EACH MONTH ARE ON plus they reduce all of the receivers down. After speaking with many supervisors they declined to reduce it back on for "legitimate factors". Easily had understand it was likely to occur, I'd not have improved them within the first-place... Much-less understanding they'd reduce it on on the SOCCER SUNDAY. And the usa open tennis final. NEVER THINK what they let you know about the telephone... I'm PISSED so when they arrived at do the update tomorrow. I am likely to STOP ANYTHING and let them know wherever togo...
