Horrible customer service... Liars

In regards to a month before I decided I'd provide Cricket Wireless-A try. Being they claim they're $40 per month for endless anything, exactly what the $%@ I had been considering... I dont understand! I requested a telephone on the internet after repeatedly wondering if my region was coated for support... Oh yes obviously it's... Was the primary reaction in the low-english-speaking bottoms that work client service. So receive a contact with my new cricket quantity... That was an Illinois region code... I reside in Indianapolis... I must have recognized right at that time... So I obtain the telephone and phone to activate it... It don't trigger... And have them why I've an illinois area code when i reside in indiana and all-they may inform me is the fact that iam in detroit... Ummm no iam not, I'd not have Received my phone at my home within the email easily were in illinois. So I returned and forth together once they inform me its a $15 cost to alter my quantity!!! They created the error not me! They hang-up on me... I invest over an hour or so finding somebody about the telephone again... They alter the amount lastly for free but nonetheless no service feasible so that they inform me to visit a cricket shop... And so I do 24 hours later... They trigger my telephone also it operates and so I keep togo house get 15 kilometers in the future... No support and none again. Ever. I contact Cricket after I get house they dont realize and so I contact the shop I simply visited and have the lady and he or she claims oh i didnot understand you existed for the reason that city... They didnot let you know whenever you bought the telephone that there's usually support issues there as well as in the nearby cities? Um no. They certain as heck did not, and so I named cricket informed the frickin "customer support" repetition to push the telephone and service up her low-english-speaking butt and obtain another job. Sent the telephone back and terminated everything. Worse client service encounter I've ever endured!!! Oh I am so sorry for these issue, umm yes so sorry to understand that... What type of support is that when thats their reaction to every issue you question them? Mess cricket wireless!!!
