We are unhappy & the phone was defective

I called about ist week of February ’2012 about allowing them to realize that i’ve been a great & dedicated costumer of T-Mobile over 10 years now-so this time around I truly earned to obtain elizabeth new smartphone.

I created much & requested 2 HTC radar for my spouse & for myself & 1 samsung Universe S2 & we obtained the telephone 7 days later-but sadly my spouse don't enjoy the telephone coz he wishes an Iphone alternatively & we never applied it actually you can observe about the documents & in the same time my sister’s Samsung Universe S2 was faulty coz it'll simply switch off from time to time.

Therefore we chose to return it & we delivered it on February 20 and since that time we return utilizing our previous telephones and sadly my sister’s point wasn't anymore operating since her previous telephone was damaged since Jan. I attempted to call-back a lot of occasions & spoke to various reps about providing people another new telephones but we never decided the cost for that telephone that people desired.

And so I create an attraction given that they can’t not provide the telephone that people desired therefore it’s not reasonable to most of US to increase our agreement for another 24 months because we didnt get our new telephones. The reason why we decided to increase the agreement for another couple of years. When they provide us a brand new telephones but we delivered the 3 telephones coz we're disappointed & the telephone was faulty.
