Bad quality on refurbished phones

I've had a LG Voyager given that they were launched about 24 months ago. Our telephone for that most component did nicely, till several month before, after I had some problems. Verizon changed the telephone having a restored telephone after which my troubles began. The "refurb" telephone wouldn't remain adjusted about the touchscreen. I'd miss calls since I really could not get my phone unlocked. I kept worrying, and also the customer support people might simply recalibrate my display. Following a couple of months of this, I got frustrated, and reported again. They sent me another refurb phone. This telephone had a poor audio that altered anything. The following refurb phone includes a poor cord link not permitting an entire cost. The following refurb phone has another lost audio, and also the record remains. I had been provided my "customer support" repetitions business-card, and informed to contact easily had any problems. I named him, and a day later, I still have not obtained any followup phone. I'm sick and tired of Verizon.
