I'm totally disgusted with Cell C's customer service

Our telephone was taken about the 4th December. I named 084140 ceased my sim-card and penalized my handset. I was informed from the advisor that I'll be getting my ITC Ref with 48-hours to ensure that I will proceed by confirming the event from the police station.

On 2 Jan I still have obtained no reference. I named in along with a expert from the title of Lisa stated she can't get any data of me preventing my simulator or blacklisting my phone. She subsequently recommend me togo right into a Cell c-store and finish a blacklisting type.

About The 4 Jan I finished a blacklisting type at Cell D in Cresta Centre. Very unusual simply because they might really get that the data that I ceased my simulator and penalized my phone about the 4th December. The type was sent throught towards the Customer Servise Dep and that I was informed to provide them a Thurday 07 January to optain the ITC Ref.

I called on Friday talked to some woman from the title of Gladys who refused getting any blacklisting form. She was to research and contact me back I still have obtained no response of feedback from their website. I am completely embarrassed with Cell His Customer Support I'll be altering my agreement to Vodacom.
