Unauthorized billing

The only real land-line phone support within the Delta city of Rio Vista is through Frontier. We've existed with 5 years of DISAPPOINTMENT with this specific telephone business. Whenever we first registered for service-we were charged $300.00 for that first month - July to June, but didn't transfer to our home before very end of July. Whenever we shifted from our first home in Rio Vista, having been using the telephone business 4 decades, we were billed a $400.00 termination charge. For 6 months we attempted to obtain by with simply our mobile phones, but lately determined we require a land-line. Frontier is all there's in Rio Vista. We've been looking to get linked for over fourteen days today. Frontier stated they'd utilize a $300.00 reimbursement we're owed to the new support. We still don't have any link, and also the fifth, 6th, 7th??? Individual with whom we've voiced claims there's no reimbursement being put on new support and we owe them $30.00. I actually donot understand if this next declaration holds true, but I've noticed the town of Rio Vista won't allow every other telephone business into this region.
