Misrepresentation

I have a cell phone from AT&T - "INFUSE". It is about 2 months old. The details regarding this phone are posted on AT&T's web site. What I am complaining of is that under AT&T's web site it is stated that the "Infuse" gets up to 4 hours of talk time and 8 days of standby.

I have removed most of the applications which run in the background and still do not get 90 minutes at max of talk time. I have asked AT&T to take this phone back and allow me to get an Apple 4. They say no, A salesperson at AT&T said "Smart phones seldom get more than an hour" —

Just because AT&T is a huge company does not give them the right to misrepresent their product
