I've utilized Tel3 for quite some time to contact globally to Guatemala. Within the last couple of years, the caliber of the calls has reduced substantially and also the quantity of fallen calls has improved significantly. It is reached the stage where Tel3 no further matches my requirements. I have provided Google Speech a discovered the phone call quality superior without any dropped calls.

Today I named Tel3 to stop my consideration and also have them return my leftover equilibrium ($22 and change). Tel3 has declined to do this since I last bought air-time together over 30 days before. Extremely bad customer support, by having an undesirable result. (as well as the caliber of the client support point was awful!)
