Calls do not connect! Customer service does nothing, no refunds ripoff

Over seas calls do not connect. Calling customer service is a joke. They say they will make a note of the problem and it will be fixed in 24 hours.
I have called many times and they say, problem is fixed, yet I still can not get through. If I dial the number directly, not going threw Tel3, I can get connected with no problems.
You end up paying for a service that is usless, and you can not get a refund. Sometimes even when calling customer service, the call will not go through.
Just use calling card from CVS-did not have any problems with that one but it was a little more expensive. But when you figure you are paying for a service you can not even use, it could be free and still no good.
