I have returned my Samsung evergreen phone for the third time for not working. I was told the third time they would give me a different product, for there was something obviously wrong with the product. The service people in the store where very helpful trying to do everything they can. On the phone with customer service telling them I have an elderly mother who carries her phone to contact me in emergencies. All I need is a phone that does not ring and shuts off freezes. I was told they would send me another phone same kind. I told her this was the third one in less then 30 days. I asked to speak to her manager he was apparently to busy to talk to me. I explained I have elderly mother, who I need to check on her comment was well you should have researched the product before you bought it... Then hung up on me. Anastazia Delangelis employee number AD791B is this customer service rep. That was the short version I will be looking elsewhere for service I was customer for 15 years. Thanks Att for not caring.
