Ported number acording to user agreement. Was then told that I would not be refunded my month in advance payment and additionaly would be charge more for no known reason. Company had no access to past billings because acount was coveniently closed upon port of number. All said and done company offered no documents to support billings or extra charges. Total loss to me was 120$U.S.
