Don't commit to their agreement

I created an arrangement to get a worldwide telephone program (easily spend 5 Buck additional per month I will create endless telephone calls to Germany). I kept requesting the revenue worker several period, if thatis so-and he held conferming it again and again again and so I decided to that strategy, today I acquired my telephone bill and I'm charged for the telephone calls I created underneath the presumption that these were free and also the AT&T needs from me that I purchase it and declines that they've a plan like that. Then why that it had been agreed to me??? Some occasions I'd to contact actually 2-3 times simply to obtain a great connecting plus they cost me actually the poor calls. I don't believe I must purchase this calls since when I created them I was not conscious that I'd be billed afterwards of course if they explained that I'd to pay for 9cent one minute I'dnot have created that strategy, I Have might have endured with my aged longdistance/worldwide supplier. I simply prefer to understand, may I WOn't spend? Or am I required to pay for?
