Bad Phone/Poor Customer Service

I improved my telephone a week ago and obtained it-this past Friday, I supported my connections yesterday. Nowadays the newest telephone I simply got Mon quit functioning. I visited the organization shop within Houston on SW Highway, waited one hour and half, the consultant was impolite, insolent and condenscending, was handed a refurburshed telephone that we needed to spend one more $21.00 for so when I visited revise my connections online there have been none. I've had really a poor encounter with Cricket nowadays, and of course Iam ill and needed to venture out and obtain an upgraded telephone to get a completely new telephone I've just had 6 days
