Cricket wireless poor service and phones - zte phone

I first tried Cricket wireless when it first came to Milwaukee, WI because a relative in Phoenix, Az was so pleased with it in 2008 so I was excited that they were available and gave it a try. Within my first week of service my phone was not working the way it should and took it to the store just to find out there was nothing i could do because i used more than 30 minutes. So of course i was disappointed but i needed a phone so i went to a different phone company and said forget about cricket. Now i've been with Sprint for 4 years now and saw all the great features that cricket had to offer and decided to forget the high bills and switch to cricket. So my 1st day of having the NEW cricket service I got the ZTE phone and i was so happy that i could keep my same #, I thought, so good so far... Boy was i wrong! Within 3hours of service I was dropping calls then whenever i had an incoming call, it sent the caller straight to voicemail. So of course I already used my 30 minutes trying to make calls only for them to drop and was told to take it to the corporate store within 7days. On the 4th day i was only able to make calls only using my speaker phone so i finally was able to take it into the corporate store on Fondulac. So much for the Cricket motto - "You make your own rules" that statement is so not true. I was only able to switch phones and their 30 day guarentee policy is a bunch of bull because now im stuck with yet anothor phone that i can not use and customer service is NO help at all!!! I was damn near in tears when i left the store and all i wanted was to switch phones or at least pay the difference for another phone! Never Again...
