Poor product, poor service bad customer care

Really sluggish, all of the time-around 2mb/sec, continuously fall the contacts while I'm online.increasingly more today the point is fallen and suggest that the consumer title and code don't fit that will be insane because it demands no code or login. Doesn't use Windows - 7 and cricket demands $35 for that update. After nearly 24 months, enough to purchase to new notebooks, cricket doesn't care what their clients require. It's a poor organization with poor support and plan. Sad.
