Each month, I spend R500 using a routine cost to my Virign charge card after which the total amount via EFT. Last month I settled within the same manner. I currently get an sms showing me used to donot spend, after I contact the phone call center they inform me it is for R77. I informed Pontsho to check on that about the 20th I settled R500, after which the remainder. She'd the audacity, to inform me that I didnot spend which what do I'd like her to inform me after I didnot spend my bill. After I requested on her supervisor, she screamed at me stating they're in a gathering. This is actually the same therapy my spouse needed to withstand and he simply chose to pay-off the consideration and shut it. With the endeavors Virgin is starting on, may you manage to deal with your customers such as this, and also have such individuals working out for you, who are able to reckless about your company. I experience to repay my consideration and also have nothing related to the Virgin team again...
