About the 29th of May I registered for Neotel and settled a R500 deposit. I gathered my equipment and began screening. The bond was horrible and that I subsequently attempted to get hold of the assistance point both via telephone and via email without any reaction.

Fundamentally on day 4 I visited the Neotel HQ in Woodmead to stop my account; it was not really a fantastic expertise but following a handful of hours I'd passed back the equipment and ended my account.

About The 8th of July I obtained a declaration from Neotel for services made that we subsequently submitted to the individual I'd been coping with plus a print-out of my charge card record to show that I'd settled the R500 deposit. (Go figure they cannot examine their very own documents).

12 March I still hadn't obtained my R500 deposit and was today approached by Macrobert Lawyers who mentioned that I owed Neotel R676.22 of course if used to do not spend within seven days I'd be 'blacklisted'.

I would recommend to anybody scanning this, AVOID NEOTEL...
