Returned products - now they want money

In August we obtained a from D & D Imaging which included Printing tubes. Your assistant closed for that bundle without agreement. I quickly called the courier business and informed them to come back to sender (I taken care of this out-of my own personal). The bundle was unopened, abandoned as well as in exactly the same situation that it had been in when sent to me. I obtained a phone from Cathy in September who had been violent, promising at me and threatening me with appropriate action. I'd obtained evidence in the courier business they had attempted to provide the bundle twice to D & D Imaging, but that both occasions they'd declined to take it. 7 weeks later, I obtain a phone from their so-called lawyer, Mr. Dickson, threatening to consider us to judge. He promises to truly have a saving where I requested these products, and that I told him to deliver me a duplicate, to which he responded that I'd need to purchase it. I subsequently approached the courier again to determine where the bundle was plus they established written down that it's still at their website, which D & D Imaging will not take it. I delivered all of this data to Mr. Dickson and today he informs me I have to spend R500 termination! Gripping at Straws!!
