About the 22 February I got my 3mnth aged Samsung Aircraft set for restoration. Phone examined in with Dimitri, the support advisor. Fourteen days later I go back to follow-up, Dimiri can't find the phone within the program, but guarantees me it had been delivered??? I ask him to exhibit me the the particular jobcard, he claims it'll have a very long time, it'd be greater for me personally to check on my backup, and contact him back using the IMEI number, this I actually do, in addition to e-mail him my initial purchase bill that was directed at him. Right now im fairly dubious the telephone hasn't been prepared. I attempt contact the department supervisor, Ranie Naido, unavailable, remaining msg, NO RESPONSE. Then I contact MTN fix center, I'm educated they can't find the phone about the program using the IMEI number in addition to my cell number, Im recommended to obtain the selection amount from Dimitri.

And So I call again, he recommends me the phone has definately been prepared, and they are expecting extras, which this could take a moment. Right now I am Fuming Crazy!!! I contact the local Supervisor, Mark Quinn, quit msg, NO RESPONSE. Later this morning, Dimitri calls me back and claims he is been laying. WHAT'S HAPPENING? Is that this the kind of support MTN presents???
